The Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke will receive bids for the 2024 CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM until 2:00 PM (local time) on March 12, 2025 at the Offices of the Housing Authority of the City of Nanticoke, 1 East Green Street, Nanticoke, PA 18634. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.

The project will be completed under the following contract(s):

  • Contract No. 2024-1 Boiler Replacement at Nanticoke Towers

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held March 4, 2025 @ 10:00 AM.

Contract 2024-1 includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor and materials necessary to complete selective demolition, general construction, providing and installing interior equipment housekeeping pads, condensate piping, hot water heating piping, hydronic piping accessories, zone valves and associated controls, pipe hangers and hanger accessories, system / boiler pumps, condensing boilers, boiler venting and combustion air ducting, expansion tanks, HVAC insulation, pump controls, natural gas piping, backflow preventers, fire alarm devices, electrical work, wiring and conduits related to boiler, pumps, and zone valve replacement, start-up of all equipment and controls, Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), Owner training, Operation & Maintenance manuals, and coordinating schedule with Architect and Owner.
