A+E provided all architectural and engineering design associated with the renovation of a 100 year old school into 23,000 S.F. of high profile corporate offices. Tenants include the A+E Group, Cornell Storefront Systems, and Marsh & Associates. Renovations included stone re-pointing, the removal of classrooms and demolition of interior walls, A.D.A. compliant elevator, walkways and restrooms, new site layout, and a total replacement of all systems including HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
